Since joining Epstein Commercial in 1999, David has focused on the sale and leasing of office, retail, industrial, and investment properties. Previously in property management at Hughes Associates, he dealt with the management of condominium associations, apartment complexes, and office and retail properties where he handled all facets of management from leasing and maintenance to capital planning.
David lives in Bucksport with his wife Shellie and daughter Audrey and son Levi. They enjoy skiing, white water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, and camping.
